The ITA-10.0-EX-1-0-0-35-L is a magnetic level indicator designed for a center-to-center distance of 2603 mm, featuring PN100/600 lbs pressure rating and ATEX type approval. Equipped with an AVK-5333 Exia transmitter and an INT5333D ATEX EX ia transmitter with an aluminium Ex d housing, this unit includes an AVK series reed chain with a 10 mm resolution and 316Ti protection pipe. The float pipe has dimensions of 60.3x3.2 mm (seamless) made of 316Ti and carbon steel, featuring a titanium float measuring 50.8 mm in diameter and 265 mm in length. Process connections utilize ASME B16.5 1-1/2" 600 lbs Ring-Type Joint flanged connections. The assembly includes a 2" ANSI 600 lbs bottom float removal flange with a blind flange, graphite spiral-wound gasket, electro-galvanized bolts and nuts, 1/2" NPT drain and vent plugs, upper and lower safety springs, and a Makrolon red/white indication rail rated for up to 120 °C.
