Hydro-MAX 1815 electric high-pressure pump unit by ITH

The ITH Hydro-MAX 1815 is an electric high-pressure pump unit featuring a multifunctional electric motor and a hydraulic high-performance pressure booster. Designed for demanding bolting applications, this completely assembled unit is pressure and function tested for immediate use inside a protective frame. It features dual circuit pump elements for control pressure and delivery pressure, a high-pressure pump plate made of tempered steel, a light metal mounting pressure plate, and a high-pressure shut-off valve. Temperature management is supported by an integrated oil cooler and a ribbed tank with a larger surface area for better temperature compensation. Operation is managed via a cable remote control equipped with a black start button and a white pressure relief button. The unit includes a high-pressure pressure gauge (Ø100, class 1.0) reading in bar and psi, two high-pressure couplings, one high-pressure filter, and two low-pressure filters. Special equipment includes a pressure display in the remote control, 2500bar couplings, and a max operating pressure limited to 1600bar.
