The J.Thielmann 200458 is a signal interrupter designed with an adjustable spray time ranging from 0.5 to 5 seconds. Spray time is easily adjusted via a regulation screw. Turning the screw counterclockwise toward the plus sign increases the spray time, while turning it clockwise toward the minus sign decreases it. The manufacturer recommends a spray time of 0.5 seconds. For connections, the air inlet from the piston valve routes to port No. 1, and the air outlet to the venturi nozzle routes to port No. 2. This item, part number 200458, has replaced the older signal interrupter 970819 with a fixed time of 0.5 sec. since August 2022. A special Fronius version features a time presetting of approximately 0.5 seconds and includes an M10x1mm closure cap on the time set screw.
