The JASTA ring butterfly valve type GD-6 is an intermediate flange motorized valve designed for air media applications. Featuring a DN 50 size and a compact build length of 25, this unit handles operating temperatures up to 350°C, a maximum operating pressure of 1.1 bar abs, and a differential pressure up to 100 mbar. The closure mechanism includes a stop bar with a leakage rate of approximately 0.5% of 90° kV. Constructed with a GG 25 (EN-GJL-250) housing, an S235JR (1.0038) flap disc and assembly kit, and an X20Cr13 (1.4021) shaft with readjustable graphite stuffing sealing, the valve is finished in RAL 7011 Jasta standard transport paint at 40µm. It comes equipped with an attached DEUFRA electric drive type AQ3L operating at 230V/50Hz in ON/OFF mode, providing a 15 sec/90° setting time and IP68 protection class with two end positions.
