The Kemotron 4113s is an in-line PharmaWFI conductivity measurement system designed for pharmaceutical applications. This Metso (Kemotron) system features a conductivity measurement range of 200,000 to 20.0 µS/cm. Built to withstand demanding process conditions, it operates at a maximum process temperature of 150°C and a maximum process pressure of 12 bar abs. The system includes two 4113s type four-electrode sensors of the outdoor electrode type, calibrated for a standard Ø 51 mm pipe. It is equipped with a Pt 1000 (ICE 751, class A) temperature sensor. Constructed from PTFE, silicone rubber, and stainless steel, the wetted surfaces adhere to pharmaceutical guidelines. The process connection utilizes a 2” ISO 2852 clamp, and the assembly is supplied with one piece of a 5-meter special measuring cable 706.35.
