The KFG Level AG FLS-PA is a float level switch with a magnet designed for reliable liquid level monitoring. Built entirely from durable Polypropylene (PP), including the housing, guide tube, and the PP44A float with a 44 mm outer diameter, this unit is engineered for a fluid density of 1000 kg/m³. It operates effectively within a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C and handles pressures up to 3 bar. The design features a 1/2" BSP descending mounting thread for process connection, and the float does not pass through the process connection. It includes a 12 mm outer diameter guide tube with an immersion length of 495 mm. For electrical integration, it utilizes an M20 x 1.5 mm connection with a cable gland and provides two switching functions via changeover contacts (SPDT) at 300 mm and 450 mm. The maximum switching capacity reaches AC 230V, 40VA, 1A or DC 230V, 20W, 0.5A, and the housing maintains an IP65 protection class.
