The Kitz 1M15309 is an 8-inch Class 150 wedge gate valve designed to ASME B16.34 standards with ASME B16.5 flanged connections and an RF/SF sealing face (Ra = 302 - 6.3). Built with a face-to-face length conforming to ASME B16.10, this valve features a bolted bonnet, an outside screw and yoke (rising stem), and manual handwheel operation. Both the body and wedge are constructed from stainless steel A351-CF8M (equivalent to 1.4408) with integral seats and a stem similar to 1.4401. The packing consists of PTFE with a stainless steel foil insert, while bonnet bolts are made of stainless steel A193-B8 (similar to A2-70). All medium-wetted parts are sour gas resistant per NACE specifications.
