The Komax Systems MS-79603 is a 3-inch nominal diameter schedule standard 316 stainless steel triple action static mixer, equipped with 150# 316 stainless steel RFSO flanges. Built with four 316 stainless steel triple action mixing elements and featuring no additive port, this unit includes material test reports (MTR's) and domestic crating. Designed in accordance with ASME B31.3 code standards, the mixer has an overall flange face to flange face length of 16.0 inches. It is engineered for a design temperature of 100 Deg F and a design pressure of 200 psig. At a normal design flow rate of 83 gpm (2846 BPD), it achieves a velocity of 3.6 ft/sec, a Reynolds number of 85,408, and a pressure drop of 2.1 psig at a viscosity of 1 cP and a specific gravity of 1.
