The Leybold 11406 / TRIVAC D 16 B DOT is an oil-sealed vacuum pump featuring an integrated oil pump for forced bearing lubrication, even at high suction pressures of 1013 mbar. Designed without non-ferrous metals, its inner components are metallically sealed without elastomer seals to resist chemical attack. It incorporates a hydropneumatic suction port valve for vacuum protection and a manual gas ballast device (on/off) with an M16x1.5 inert gas connection for pumping condensable vapors. The unit includes an oil filling with DOT 4, with oil filling levels between 0.5 and 1.0 l, and features DN25KF suction and outlet flanges usable both horizontally and vertically. Powered by an IE3 efficiency class three-phase motor with IP55 protection, it delivers a pumping speed of 16.5 m³/h at 50 Hz and 19.8 m³/h at 60 Hz.
