HFM/ER by Linseis

The Linseis HFM/ER is a sample surface temperature measurement kit designed specifically as a measurement range extension for the HFM system. This accessory extends the thermal resistance measurement range of the equipment. For the HFM 300, it enables a thermal conductivity measurement range of 0.001 up to 2.5 W/mK (alternatively listed as 0.001 up to 2.2 W/mK depending on configuration) and a thermal resistance measurement range of 0.036 up to 8 m²K/W. By integrating this surface temperature measurement kit, the HFM/ER allows operators to expand the analytical capabilities and operational parameters of their existing HFM thermal measurement setups.
