The Master PUR H Trivolution is a medium heavy polyurethane suction and delivery hose featuring a 280 mm nominal diameter and a 10.00 m length. Built for demanding industrial applications, it is constructed with a spring steel wire spiral embedded in a pure polyester polyurethane wall. According to DIN ISO 4649, this wall material offers higher abrasion resistance than comparable polyether polyurethane hoses. The hose is permanently antistatic with a surface resistivity of less than 10^9 ohms and is microbe-resistant. It provides good flexibility and is heavy flammable in accordance with DIN 4102 B1. Note that flame resistance to class DIN 4102-B1 is only achieved at a distance of greater than 40 mm from the same or other flat building materials, with a burning drain or falling off characteristic.
