BG2EDC4NR Glass-breaking buttons by MEDC

The MEDC BG2EDC4NR is a GRP breakglass callpoint designed for hazardous areas, featuring a painted red body and a duty label reading FIRE. This unit provides IP66 and IP67 protection ratings. Electrical connection is supported via two M20 bottom cable entries for DC voltage applications. Depending on the internal configuration, the switch features Ex db eb IIC T6 Gb and Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db ratings, while units equipped with resistors and diodes are rated for Ex db eb mb IIC T4 Gb and Ex tb IIIC T135°C Db. Wiring configurations accommodate series and EOL resistors as specified upon ordering. This model is constructed without a polycarbonate lift flap.
