The Microsonic 12124 / pico+25/TF/U ultrasonic level sensor is engineered with a PVDF housing and a 320 kHz ultrasound frequency to deliver high chemical resistance in demanding industrial environments. Featuring a slim sound field and a measurement range of 30 to 350 mm, this sensor includes a dead zone of 30 mm, an operating measuring range of 250 mm, and a limit measuring range of 350 mm. Its ultrasound transducer is protected by a PTFE film coating and an FFKM O-ring. Designed to operate on a 15 V to 30 V DC reverse polarity protected voltage with a quiescent current of 40 mA or less, the unit responds in 32 ms with a repeatability of plus or minus 0.15 percent.
