The Mouvex UNI-SLC1 is a hermetically sealed positive displacement ring piston pump (UNI.-Nr. 47458) featuring a free shaft end and an unpolished design. Built with a 316L stainless steel housing and cylinder, an "Acteon" stainless steel piston, and a double-walled 316 Ti stainless steel bellows filled with Klüber Oil UH1 6-460, this pump contains no mechanical seals or bearings in the medium. It utilizes FKM, PTFE-coated seals, and includes DN40 PN16 DIN EN 1092 flanges with a top inlet and front-bottom outlet. The UNI-SLC1 delivers a maximum differential pressure of 16 bar. Design advantages include dry-running capability, dry self-priming, tank residual emptying, self-emptying, low shear, low wear, minimal temperature rise, low pulsation, precise dosing without backflow, and CIP/SIP compatibility without dead zones. This unit operates without an ATEX certificate.
