The Niezgodka 70.2 Baureihe SKS-F(As) is an Edelstahl-Druckminderventi (stainless steel pressure reducing valve) that closes upon zero consumption. Built with a PN 16 pressure rating and size category II, it features a 1.4301 / 1.4571 material construction with product-contact internal surfaces finished to a standard Ra of 2.6 micrometers. The process connection utilizes aseptic flanges according to DIN 11864-2 Form A, featuring a DN 40 collar flange on both the inlet and outlet. It incorporates an EPDM FDA-compliant cone seal and includes EPDM/PTFE FDA seals, spring number 306, a 0 64 mm piston plate, and a Kvs-value of 6.7 cubic meters per hour. Designed for an inlet pressure P1 of 6.0 to 7.0 bar(g) and a reduced pressure P2 of (1.0) 1.4 to 2.5 bar(g), the valve handles a maximum steam sterilization temperature of 140 degrees Celsius and includes housing with two G 1/4 pressure gauge connection bores. The net weight is 6.5 kg per piece, carrying CE compliance according to the PED.
