The AM-4000 is a 4 loop loop addressed fire detection control unit designed for the management of addressed type systems. Each line supports up to 99 detectors and 99 modules, with the unit additionally allowing separate management of gas detection through a specific interface module and dedicated technical alarm remote terminal view. It features an 8-row by 40-column graphic display, programmable text capabilities, 150 geographical areas, and 400 groups utilizing logical operators such as AND, OR, and DEL, alongside a 999-event archive and auto-programming with double address recognition. The system includes an exit-controlled siren, relay outputs for general alarm and fault, two standard serial outputs expandable via additional boards, and standard terminal and PC download/upload programming outputs. Optional configurations support ethernet TCP/IP connections, a USB port for PCs or printers, and an RS232/485 output for NOTE-FIRE-NET integration. Powered by a 230Vac mains supply with a standard 2.7A power supply, 1A auxiliary current at 24Vdc, and capacity for charging two 12Vcc 17Ah batteries, the unit measures 483mm x 266mm x 111mm and includes detector maintenance signaling as well as CPR certification complying with EN 54 parts 2 and 4.
