The Oregon Scientific Art.No. 2742, Type: WMR 200 is a wireless weather measurement system featuring an integrated data logger. Designed to monitor comprehensive atmospheric conditions, this unit measures indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, wind speed, wind direction, wind chill, barometric pressure, rainfall, and UV index (optional). It also calculates and displays dew point, heat index, and current moon phase alongside weather forecast icons for sunny, partly cloudy, cloudy, rainy, or snow conditions. The system includes configurable weather alert alarms for temperature, humidity, heat index, dew point, gust wind, and rainfall rate. Supporting up to 10 wireless sensors, the unit utilizes long-range transmission of 300 feet (100 meters) at 433MHz between the main unit and remote sensors, and automatically sets itself to the U.S. Atomic Clock while storing timestamped data via its on-board data logger function.
