The PCH1270/CHF8246 is a compact vibration guard engineered for continuous vibration monitoring in industrial environments. This monitoring device measures vibration across a range of 0 to 10 mm/s with a frequency range of 1 to 1000 Hz. It provides a 4 to 20 mA RMS analog output and features two alarm relays with normally open contacts rated at 30 V and 0.1 A. Factory preset limit values are established at 3 mm/s for Limit value 1 and 5 mm/s for Limit value 2, supported by a response delay of 10 seconds for A1 and 5 seconds for D1. Built with a durable stainless steel housing rated to IP 68, the unit includes an M8 and M10 mounting design, operates on a + 24 VDC power supply, and is supplied with a 5 meter cable.
