The MM90MX6L is a horizontal monoblock eccentric screw pump from the PCM EcoMoineau MX series, engineered for handling sludge with a nominal flow rate of 54 m³/h at a 2 bar operating pressure and 1000 mPas viscosity. The unit features a cast iron housing with PN40/CLASS150 DN150/NPS6 inch ISO flanges, two maintenance openings, and a vertical housing orientation viewed upwards from the pressure port. Rotation is counterclockwise from the drive side. It includes a nickel-plated coupling rod with NBR cuffs, a hardened stainless steel 1.4028 rotor, an NBR stator rated for 0-60°C, and a single-acting carbide/carbide/FKM mechanical seal. Powered by a 7.5 kW NORD gear motor at 346 rpm, the system includes a PTC probe, IE3 efficiency, and IP55 protection. It is finished with C3 corrosion class blue paint.
