The KONTAKTFETT TYP BURNDY PENETROX A13 is a specialized contact grease composed of zinc dust in a grease base, supplied in a 230 ml bottle. This synthetic paste is engineered for aluminum-aluminum and aluminum-copper connections where anti-corrosion measures are required to achieve a reliable electrical joint. During the connection process, the metal particles within the Penetrox paste physically break through the existing oxide layer on the conductors and connectors. Once applied, the grease base seals the joint to ensure the connection remains permanently low-ohmic.
