The Perma Pure PPSY-Readi-GASS is a wall-mounting sample gas preparation system designed to prepare moist measurement gases, such as flue gases, for gas analyzers. Housed in an IP65 glass fiber reinforced polyester enclosure measuring 600 mm x 250 mm x 120 mm, the system handles a maximum sample gas flow of up to 5 l/min with an inlet temperature up to 80°C and a maximum absolute humidity of 20 percent at the inlet. It features a PVDF 1/4 inch compression fitting and a rubber holder for a heating hose. Internal temperature reaches up to 50°C. For sample conditioning, it incorporates a coalescence separator for sulfuric acid aerosols with a 99 percent separation efficiency for 1 um aerosols, a dust particle separation of 75 percent efficiency at 1 um, and Nafion moisture exchange utilizing instrument air as purge gas to dry the sample gas. The unit requires dry and dust-free compressed instrument air at 190 l/min with a pre-pressure range of 4 to 7 bar, along with a 220V 50/60Hz 1A power supply via a terminal strip. It includes a 7 l/min acid aerosol exhaust and features a fault alarm for both instrument air pressure drops and temperature drops.
