SW.Ex-DT-050 TEMPERATURE THERMOSTAT by PETZ INDUSTRIES

The Petz Industries SW.Ex-DT-050 is an Ex temperature switch and thermostat designed for installation in hazardous zones 0, 1, 2, 21, and 22. It features an integrated display for measured value indication and on-site parameterization. The unit accommodates a cable length of up to 100 m from the switching amplifier to the sensor and requires no additional barrier in the control cabinet. Powered by 20 to 28.8 VAC/DC (50-60 Hz) with a power consumption of 3 W / 5 VA, it provides two configurable switching points via relay outputs rated up to 30 V DC / 2 A. The main housing is built from high-tech polymer that is halogen- and silicone-free, offering IP66 enclosure protection. The separate stainless steel sensor has a 50 mm immersion depth and also features IP66 protection, supporting a measuring and operational temperature range of -40 to +125 degrees Celsius.
