The Pulsar 25HJ is a flat diaphragm metering pump designed for precise fluid dispensing at a rate of 9.12 litres per hour (1.94 gallons per hour) and pressures up to 67.0 bar (6758.62 kPa). Built with a 316L stainless steel dispensing head, valve seats, balls, and guides, this unit incorporates an 11 mm piston diameter, an 11 mm stroke length, and a lifting rate of 95 strokes per minute. The internal membrane consists of a flat PTFE composite featuring PTFE laminated onto a Hypalon carrier membrane (THY). It includes ball valves on both the suction and pressure sides, 11 mm ball diameter, 1/2 inch BSP female suction and pressure connections, and manual stroke adjustment from 0 to 100 percent. Finished in green two-layer epoxy, the assembly is delivered complete with a motor operating at 1450 rpm, 230/400V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 0.25 kW, with a 56C connection.
