The Red Rooster TCR-2000/2-AT2ATX is a combined 2.0 Tonne capacity air hoist and trolley unit, de-rated to 1.6 tonne, designed for Zone 1 hazardous areas. It features a 5.0 m lift height utilizing two nickel-plated chain falls of 7.1 x 21mm size. Powered by an air connection of 1/2 inch BSP requiring a minimum hose diameter of 1/2 inch, it achieves an air consumption of 25 litres per second at 6 Bar. Lift speed reaches 3.0 m/min under full load and 5.7 m/min with no load. The hoist is built directly into the trolley and includes upper and lower limit switches, a failsafe automatic internal disc brake, load limiter, and a bronze sprayed hook. The trolley operates on a flange range of 140 to 210 mm, preset to 160mm, with bronze wheels, anti-tilt and anti-drop plates, collision bumpers, and a 1.5m minimum bend radius. Supplied with an RRI-VTP4/MO pendant control with emergency stop, filter lubricator regulator with gauge, chain collector, CX marine paint finish, and export packing crate. Compliance includes ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and UK Potentially Explosive Atmosphere Regulations 2016.
