CR 100 PROCESS REFRACTOMETER by RELCO

The RELCO CR 100 is a dedicated process refractometer designed for continuous concentration measurement, covering a measuring range of 0 to 80 Brix. Built for integration into industrial fluid lines, this instrument features a 3 inch Tri-Clamp process connection and robust wetted parts comprising AISI 316 stainless steel, a sapphire prism, and Viton seals. It accommodates a product temperature range of +10 to +95 degrees Celsius alongside a broader temperature compensation range of -5 to +150 degrees Celsius. Temperature monitoring is handled by a Pt100 temperature probe with a 1/4 inch gas connection. Operating on a power supply of 12 to 24 Vac/Vdc, the CR 100 functions reliably within demanding process environments where accurate Brix level tracking of the defined product is essential.
