78B.T.3141.12/050/NPT SWITCH by Rototherm

The Rototherm 78B.T.3141.12/050/NPT is a vapour-filled temperature switch featuring a setpoint range of 0 to 70 °C and a fixed differential. Housed in an aluminium alloy casting with an epoxy hardened stoved enamel finish, the non-incendive enclosure is rated IP66 and complies with the ATEX Directive for use in potentially explosive Zone 2 atmospheres, bearing the CE mark and classification II 3G Ex nA nC IIC T6 (-20 °C ≤ Ta ≤ 70 °C) Gc to EN 60079-0+A11:2013. Electrical connections are made via an M20 x 1.5 cable entry. The unit is equipped with two environment-free encapsulated single-pole double-throw (S.P.D.T.) microswitches with silver contacts, rated for a maximum of 250Vac at 4A and 28Vdc at 2A. These switches can operate simultaneously or with a maximum separation of 7% of the range span. It includes a 316 stainless steel vapour-filled bulb measuring 50 mm in length by 12 mm in diameter, a 1/2 inch NPT M connection, and a maximum working temperature (MWT) of 90 °C.
