The Rueger S80 electrical thermometer is a standard thermocouple sensor featuring a mineral-insulated sheathed cable. Built with a Type K thermocouple, it provides a measurement range of -200 to +1100 degrees Celsius with standard accuracy according to ANSI MC 96.1. The measuring insert has a diameter of 6.35 mm (1/4 inch) and a sensor length (L) of 350 mm. It includes an isolated, double measuring circuit and an Inconel 600 (2.4816) jacket material. The process connection utilizes a 1/2 NPT compression fitting made of AISI 316. For signal transmission, the unit is equipped with a 15,000 mm PTFE extension cable featuring an armoured outer jacket and unstripped cable connections. This part is supplied with a 2x 5-points calibration certificate and features a stainless steel measuring point sign.
