The SEC-1215A is an advanced, commercial-grade, fully automatic three-stage 15 Amp battery charger designed to charge all types of 12 Volt lead-acid batteries, including Flooded, Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM), and Gel Cell variants. Weighing 4.8 lbs with dimensions of 8.5 inch x 8.4 inch x 3.3 inch, this lightweight unit operates quietly and supports operation from a 120 VAC or 230 VAC input source at 50 Hz to 60 Hz. The SEC-1215A features user-selectable 2 or 3 stage charging, a voltage meter display with an ammeter and LED power status, and the ability to charge up to 3 separate battery banks simultaneously without an isolator. It can charge batteries while connected to a load or stand-alone, and via a DIP switch setting, convert to a two-stage algorithm to function as a DC power supply or DC UPS. Universal Protection Circuit features include protection against short circuits, overloads, and reverse battery polarity.
