Designed for pumping emulsion with a density of 1000 kg/m3, a viscosity of 1 mm2/s (cst), and a temperature of 25°C, this unit delivers a flow rate of 27 m³/h (450 l/min) at a delivery pressure of 1.7 bar. It is constructed with a cast iron EN-JL 1030 housing, a 1.4308 impeller, a 1.4021 wave, and a SIC/SIC+VITON mechanical seal. The pump includes an impeller diameter of 132 mm, DN 50/Rp 2 inch pressure and suction connections, and a RAL 9006 silver finish. It serves as a direct replacement for SN 2018000706/10, now updated with a new impeller, bearing bracket, and standard motor. The included Siemens IE3 standard motor provides 3 kW of power.
