Built entirely with non-ferrous materials including stainless steel and brass, it features a 6kW Incoloy 800 steel resistor controlled by static contactors and high-temperature silicone glass sheathed electrical connections. Cooling is managed by a brazed solid plate heat exchanger via an on-off solenoid valve, while a German immersion pump handles pressure and depression operation. An insulated stainless steel expansion tank provides automatic filling. Safety mechanisms include a high temperature thermostat for the resistor beam, a motor saver, extra fast fuses, a main switch, and a stainless steel level switch. Temperature setting and reading are executed via a digital PID instrument connected to a steel PT100 sensor reading the process fluid temperature. Power supply specifications are 400V, 3-phase, 50Hz, with a 24V auxiliary.
