The Singold K 80-K4 is a pneumatic knocker designed as a special version suitable for operating environments ranging from 0 to 140° Celsius. This unit features a chrome steel firing pin of approximately 1.4021 grade and internal pressure springs constructed from stainless spring steel. Its build includes a blank V2A stainless steel tube, alongside a V2A stainless steel base plate, lid, and screws. The plunger is made of tin-plated aluminium and utilizes FKM Viton seals, with the entire assembly lubricated with silicone grease. The knocker carries a specific operational warranty covering 6 months after commissioning, 9 months after delivery, or a maximum of 100,000 strokes, whichever comes first.
