The HGM6110N is an automatic start generator controller designed for single unit automation and remote signal start and stop functionality. Utilizing microprocessor technology, it delivers precision measurement, value adjustment, timing, and threshold settings for genset monitoring and control. Built with a 132x64 LCD display featuring a backlight, a silicon rubber operation panel, and a scratch-resistant acrylic screen, the unit adapts reliably to high and low operating temperatures ranging from (-25 to +70) deg C. It supports 1P2W, 2P3W, 3P3W, and 3P4W AC systems at 50/60Hz, providing kW and amp detecting and display, real-time clock, event logging, and scheduled genset starting. Housed in a flame-retardant ABS shell with an embedded mounting design secured by metal fixing clips, the unit offers IP55 water resistance when using the included rubber gasket. Parameters can be configured directly from the front panel or adjusted via a USB programmable interface using a PC within a DC supply range of (8 to 35)V.
