The 40/40-I-111SC IR3 Flame Detector is an advanced safety device engineered for demanding hazardous environments. Certified with ATEX/IECEx Ex II 2 G D Ex db eb op is IIC T4 Gb and Ex tb op is IIIC T96°C Db ratings, it operates reliably within an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +75°C and is factory calibrated to 75°C. This unit features heated window optics to prevent ice and condensation buildup, alongside a built-in-test feature for operational readiness. It comes equipped with an ABS ATEX weather shield and offers robust ingress protection of IP66 and IP67. Designed for versatile integration, the 40/40-I-111SC supports wiring option #1, provides relays, 0-20mA, RS485, and HART outputs, and includes two M25 cable entries. It holds EN-54-10, CPD, DNV-MED, and SIL2 approvals.
