The Spectrex 40/40-I-221AC is a triple IR flame detector housed in a durable aluminum construction. Built for hazardous environments, it holds ATEX and IECEx certifications for explosive atmospheres (Ex db eb op is IIC T4 Gb and Ex tb op is IIIC T106°C Db) and is designed to operate within a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. This unit is EN-54-10, CPD, DNV-MED, and SIL2 approved, featuring integrated Heated Window Optics and a Built-in-Test function. It comes equipped with an ABS ATEX Weather Shield, is calibrated to 85°C, and utilizes wiring option #2. Signal transmission and integration are supported via relays, 0-20mA, RS485, and HART outputs. The enclosure provides IP66+67 protection and includes two M25 cable entries.
