The Starline 225 SGS F DN20 X DN15 is a Class 800 reduced passage 3-piece ball valve featuring a floating sphere and standard type 2 design. Built with an ASTM A350 LF2 body and tips, it incorporates an F316 sphere and manoeuvring rod, carbon and graphite filled RPTFE seats and first body gaskets, a graphite seal, and a second body seal in NA35. Secured with ASTM A 193 B7 bolts and ASTM A 194 2H nuts, this valve accommodates SW, BW, BSPP, and NPT connections. It is safety approved with fire certifications according to API 607 and EN 10497, compliance with ATEX IM2 and II 2 GD, and PED Module H Category III rating. Testing is performed in accordance with API 598 and EN 12266-1.2 Rate A standards.
