The Tapeswitch PRSU/M2SI is a multifunctional double-safety-interface control unit designed to handle two completely independent safety functions simultaneously. It can be configured for emergency stop, safety gate, two-hand control, pressure-sensitive mats, edges, and strips, antivalent switches, and light barriers, with automatic or external reset options. Built for high-integrity safety setups, it complies with Performance Level e and Category 4 per EN ISO 13849-1: 2008, SIL CL 3 per IEC/EN 62061, SIL 3 per IEC/EN 61508 and IEC/EN 61511, and EN 50156-1 for burner installations. Each safety function provides two forcibly guided normally open contacts and one semiconductor signaling output. Operating at a 24V DC supply voltage, the device features a compact 22.5 mm width and mounts onto a DIN top-hat rail.
