Each roller is individually adjustable to half a flyer with simultaneous descent. A manual lever allows opening of the rollers for belt insertion. Designed with a width of 500 mm and a roller diameter of 40 mm, the unit includes manual belt guide rollers made of hardened steel with independent input adjustment and mechanical position displays, along with an inlet belt support roller. The electrical system comprises an electric lectern control panel with a digital drive and a Schneider Telemecanique PLC. Working data and operating parameters are entered via a 5.7 inch TFT color high-visibility touch screen on the Magelis operating panel, powered by a Schneider Telemecanique brushless motor with a digital electronic drive.
