The PY4LBWNI025 CYTSR6519 is a 3-piece ball valve designed for deep cold applications down to -196°C. It features a stainless steel body, PTFE and carbon ball seats, a full bore design, and a ball with a pressure relief hole. The assembly includes butt weld ISO socket weld ends and a spindle extension to isolate the actuator from extreme temperatures. It is automated with a Trutorq Series C single-acting pneumatic actuator, which utilizes integrated springs in the piston for a compact design and a fail-safe closed safety position. The hard-anodized aluminum actuator body features stroke adjustment and includes a 24V DC solenoid valve (model 6519).
