The TWOMASTER 24-400 is a thyristor-controlled automated industrial rectifier featuring an input isolation transformer and an industrial battery cabinet housing the rectifier and batteries within the same chassis. Built with an outdoor IP65, epoxy-painted, air-conditioned aluminum cabinet measuring (H) 170 (W) 80 (D) cm, the unit delivers a nominal power of 9600 Watts. It operates on an input voltage of 380 VAC plus or minus 15 percent, 3-Phase 50Hz plus or minus 5 percent, and provides an adjustable output voltage from 10 VDC to 30 VDC with a nominal 24 VDC output. The system supplies an output current and charge current of 400 A, both adjustable between 1 A and 400 A, maintaining an output ripple of less than 1 percent RMS AC. Charge current can be adjusted independently of load current. Comprehensive protection features include input MCB fuse, output and NH FUSE fuse, output protection for short circuit, overvoltage, and reverse voltage, as well as battery protection via an L-C filter, short circuit, and overvoltage. It includes an LVD deep discharge protection contactor, 8 dry contact information channels, a blocking diode, a battery reverse connection protection diode, an internal smart fan with thermal control, and two 12V / 150AH SB brand dry batteries.
