The UEBERALL UBK - 2 is a completely assembled and wired operational UV sterilizer skid system designed for liquid treatment applications up to a maximum flow rate of 6 cubic meters per hour. Built for a pressure rating of PN 10, the unit is constructed on a stove-enameled RAL7035 grey steel ST37 skid frame. The system operates on 230 V and 60 Hz electrical power. Integrated fluid control components include a 1-1/4 inch safety solenoid valve, a 1-1/4 inch flow control valve rated for 6 cubic meters per hour max, and two stainless steel 1-1/4 inch inlet and outlet ball valves. For monitoring and sampling, the unit features two 1/4 inch sample valves mounted directly to the UV reactor nozzles, two 0-16 bar pressure gauges with root valves at the reactor inlet and outlet, and two DN 40 ANSI 16.5 150 lbs inlet and outlet interface flanges.
