The HM 325.1i-B is an obsolete production hose crimping machine package, now officially replaced by the HM 325.2i-C.2-MVA. This electrohydraulically driven unit delivers 280 tons of crimping force, capable of processing hoses up to DN 50 with 4 SH construction and a maximum crimping diameter of 165 mm. It is equipped with the UNIMATIControl-B plus control system and an automatic depth stop. Operation speeds are specified at 23 mm/sec for closing, 33 mm/sec for opening, and 1.4 mm/sec for pressing, powered by a 4 kW electrohydraulic drive. The package includes the QDC 239.5 quick-change tool system, lubrication-free tooling, and compatibility with the quick-change system. The special package bundle includes multiple sets of press dies (PB 239 in diameters 17, 20, 24, 28, 32, 40, 44, and 50 mm, plus PB 237L dies in diameters 57 and 71 mm), intermediate jaws 237.239.2L2, and the QDS 239B.
