The Vac-U-Max 40013 is a complete ATEX-certified 55-gallon industrial vacuum cleaner designed with a durable carbon steel construction and a blue powder coat finish. Powered by a twin venturi suction source featuring a single venturi power unit, it delivers a maximum suction power of 16 inch Hg (208 inch H2O) and a maximum air flow of 200 SCFM. Operation requires 70 SCFM at 60 PSI compressed air connected via a 3/4 inch NPT female fitting. The unit includes manual pulse filter cleaning with an air reservoir, pulse button, regulator, and gauge, alongside a noise muffler and guard keeping sound levels below 80 dbA. It features an adjustable orifice assembly for vacuum control from 8 inch Hg to 16 inch Hg, a manual HP air control valve, and a vacuum equalizer kit for poly bag loading. Filtration is handled by an extra-large static-conductive PTFE Teflon coated washable internal dust filter rated 99.9% efficient at 1 micron. The cleaner is equipped with a 2.0 inch anti-sparking stainless steel material inlet, a 55-gallon open-top 16-gauge carbon steel drum, and a heavy-duty steel spinning drum dolly featuring four 4 inch stainless steel static conductive swivel casters and drum lock-down nuts.
