The Val-Matic 15A Series air release valve, designated as part number 15A.3XD, is a 1 inch Val-Matic 15A series air release valve engineered for liquid service applications. This unit features a 1 inch FNPT inlet and a 1/2 inch FNPT outlet, combined with a 1/16 inch orifice. Built with a cast iron (CI) body and cover, the assembly incorporates 316 stainless steel internal trim and a 316 stainless steel seat for durable internal construction. Designed for a 175 CWP rating, the valve is finished with a universal alkyd primer coating. It is both UL and FM approved, and meets AIS compliant standards.
