The unit includes two corrugated pipe compensators (150 mm installation length, DN 280 backup flanges to DIN 24154 T2, guide plate, stainless steel parts, up to 80°C, with internal pressures of 150 daPa and 560 daPa), a 1.0038 transition piece, 100 mm thick casing insulation with galvanized sheet exterior, a set of 6 rubber vibration dampers (GPF50-55), a CVS 100 EEx d IIC vibration switch for monitoring both bearing points, and PT100 bearing temperature monitoring. Additional safety features comprise a rub protection strip, pre-seal shaft pass-through, welded casing tested for gas tightness, and an earth connection.
