The Venti Oelde HVM 125 - 125 is a single-flow high pressure fan designed for pumping air. Built in a welded construction, the unit features a closed impeller with backward curved blades, mounted directly on the motor shaft and stored on one side. The impeller is electrodynamically balanced in two planes to balancing quality G = 6.3 according to ISO 21940-11. Both the housing and engine mount are made of material 1.0038 (S235JRG2), while the impeller utilizes material 3.3535 (EN AW-5754). It includes an engine bracket for the drive motor, a washer seal at the fan shaft passage, a special version of the pressure nozzle, and rubber dampers with a base plate and mounting hole. The fan operates at a speed of 2,930 min-1, delivering a volumetric flow of 2,250 bm³/h and a total pressure difference of 12,500 Pa with a shaft power of 11.2 kW. It is fully assembled at the factory and factory tested at a gas temperature of 20 °C and gas density of 1,205 kg/m³, with a mechanical design maximum temperature of 80 °C, rotation direction GL, and housing position 90.
