The helical tower is mounted via a flange to the drive head and supported on a heavy base plate with a center column via highly elastic compression coil springs, achieving an insulation degree of approximately 96 percent. Product-contact parts are constructed from stainless steel (1.4541), while the drive saddle and base plate are made of normal steel S235JRG2. The unit is driven by two self-synchronizing DV-E6/330 three-phase vibration motors operating at 965 vibrations per minute, complemented by an RVB 4-400-36 adjustable electronic braking device with an input line reactor to ensure rapid, wear-free deceleration without excessive resonant oscillation. A dedicated steam and condensate manifold assembly with a maximum operating pressure of 3 bar rounds out the system.
