23614K-800-ANSI-2” magnetic level indicator by Weka

The Weka 23614K-800-ANSI-2 inch magnetic level indicator is designed from Standard Line 6 series components for monitoring oil and water with a density of 0.77 g/cm3. Built with a 316/316L bypass pipe measuring 53x1.5m, it features a cap on top and a blind flange on the bottom with a G3/8 inch drain hole including a plug. It operates at a maximum temperature of 90°C and a maximum pressure of 4 bar. Lateral ANSI B16.5 2 inch CLASS150 RF SF flanges provide connections at a spacing of L=800mm. The unit includes a 38602E display rail made of 316/PC for temperatures up to +150°C and IP65 protection, featuring red-silver aluminum plates. Additional equipment comprises an intrinsically safe Ex i IP68 transmitter type 29710-R-NI-010-05-800 with a 4...20mA current output, an 800mm measurement length with 5mm resolution, a HART converter module 37384 in an IP65 terminal box, and a 46307-02 mounting plate. Manufactured according to ATEX, the assembly undergoes functional and hydrostatic pressure testing confirmed with a factory certificate EN 10204:2004-2.2.
