The Welker IRD-4SS is a 25 micron filter element specifically designed for the F-9 system. Built with a 316/316L stainless steel construction and FKM seals, this diaphragm-operated assembly features a 5/8 inch probe shaft and supports 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, or 1/3 inch MNPT pipeline connections, as well as 1 inch MNPT pipeline connections. It accommodates insertion lengths for 2 inch and 3 inch pipe, 4 inch and 6 inch pipe, or 8 inch, 10 inch, and 12 inch pipe. Designed with a maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) of 3600 psig at -20 to 120 degrees F, the IRD-4SS includes an atmospheric relief valve, a 1/4 inch FNPT outlet connection, a 1/4 inch MNPT pressure gauge, and an outlet range of 0-25, 0-50, 20-100, or 75-200 psig.
