It features 400x400mm square inlet and outlet flanges and a cast iron EN-GJL-250 body with matching end covers. The internal carbon steel S235JR type C rotor utilizes 10 fabricated open vanes with 3-sided replaceable hardened steel blade tips, delivering a rotor capacity of 82 liters per revolution and a design valve capacity of approximately 103 m3/h at 21 rpm. The unit is driven by a C-foot mounted NORD 1.5kW IP55 helical gearmotor via chain, sprockets, and a RAL 9006 carbon steel safety guard. Outboard-mounted, re-greaseable ball bearings and a lipseal shaft seal (with Viton lips and a labyrinth ring) ensure minimal gas leakage loss. Surface finishing includes mechanical cleaning and grease washing internally, alongside an external 40um epoxy primer in RAL 5007. An IFM inductive sensor is included for motion control.
