199C0008 / ZE-100-RL by Zimm

The 199C0008 / ZE-100-RL is a spindle lift gear engineered for rotating spindles, capable of handling a maximum static load of 100kN. This unit features a gear ratio of 36:1 and is housed in durable ductile iron GGG. The housing comes primed with a standard BS1 RAL 7021 black gray finish at a nominal dry film thickness of 40μfvg, and uses NBR seals. It is lubricated with standard Optlieb GR UF 00 grease, which is also suitable for the food industry. Please note that the grease is supplied in a cartridge and must be filled by the customer.
